Unsere Entgratwerkzeuge werden optimal auf das jeweilige Druckgusswerkzeug abgestimmt und ermöglichen mit Hilfe der Bauteilabfrage das prozesssichere Entfernen von überschüssigem Material an Anguss und Überläufen in einem Hub.


Unsere vollautomatischen Entgratwerkzeuge für Gießzellen mit Abblasvorrichtung können auf Wunsch mit integrierter Räumung und Bohr- und Gewindeschneideinheit ausgestattet werden.
Um eine optimale Lebensdauer zu gewährleisten, sind die Schnittmesser austauschbar und dadurch besonders wartungsfreundlich.
