Druckgusswerkzeuge
Druckgusswerkzeuge von Joyson Tooling zeichnen sich durch einen hohen Standardisierungsgrad und beeindruckende Präzision aus. Sie sind wartungsfreundlich, langlebig und überzeugen durch hohe Mengenleistungen.
Unser Leistungsspektrum für den Bereich Druckguss umfasst Werkzeuge für die Fertigung von tragenden Bauteilen und Gehäusen aus Aluminium- oder Magnesiumlegierungen. Entsprechend unseren Kundenanforderungen führen wir diese mit einer oder mehreren Kavitäten aus. Wir verfügen über eine jahrzehntelange Erfahrung im Bau von Werkzeugen für Hybridteile (Stahleinleger).
Mit unserem modern ausgestatteten Maschinenpark können wir Werkzeuge bis zu einer Größe von 700 x 700 x 1000 mm und einem Gesamtgewicht von 3,5 t herstellen.
